INGREDIENTS
200ml Robertson Chardonnay white
Fresh limes
Fresh mint
100ml Ginger ale (stoney)
Fresh ginger
METHOD
In a freshly chilled glass, gently muddle the mint and the limes and fill up the glass with ice cubes. Pour the wine and ginger ale respectively over the ice and give it a gentle stir. Freshly cut orange and ginger slices for garnish and serve. Use mint and ginger for garnish
